Last night Jon, Clark, Jim and I continued playing Neverwinter Nights 2. We had a lot of fun!

Jon's character (ack, forgot the name) is a Human Cleric who will be a Warpriest. :D No surprises there. He even plays kinda Alexsei-ish!

Clark is playing Senel Goldenbridge, I think he's a shield dwarf? Or some sort of dwarf. Started as a monk, but he's going to take full advantage of NWN2's weird rules for multiclassing. (Figures!)

Jim is playing an Earth Genasi he named Rocky McMeatshield (hehehe, continuing with the theme of the PSU character). He's pretty much a fighter who will continue to be a badass fighter. I don't know if he's interested in multiclassing or not.

And my character is Tezima Auraphel, a Tiefling Rogue I'll be making into an Arcane Trickster (likely Rogue 5 / Wizard 5 / Arcane Trickster 10).

Most epic event. EVER.

WOW. Lyras is gone for good and so are her minions Sahfra and Tachid. Jon and I stayed up long hours playing, it was challenging and SO much fun.

Jon (as Alexsei) was running triage in the temple for the White Rose and I (as Talliska) was doing Rescue Team work, dragging bodies to the safe spot inside the temple grounds.

The temple itself needed its orbs charged with mana to keep up its defenses and power the rituals that the Cleric and Empath guildleaders were doing. So I had Ryshassa (who's on a secondary account now) running around bringing people up to the orb when Talliska wasn't out rescuing.

We had to charge pretty much continually, too. So that required pulling in a LOT of people. Ryshy got two RP awards for it, and Talli's got plenty of them during the string of invasions since Thursday. It's just been SO fun we couldn't stop playing. The RP opportunities, the danger, the thrill of finding out what comes next!

We even managed to do some White Rose recruiting at the same time. We're just that awesome. Alexsei has gotten SO many accolades as White Rose Triage Director, I'm so proud of him! Mialeigh (my awesome DR friend) too!

Anyway I am SO satisfied but also exhausted and now going to sleep :D

As a replacement for actual interesting posts (read: life updates and such) I am posting about something that gets me excited in a dorky way.

Namely getting Talliska to circle 50 in DR. :D It actually surprised me mainly because I had no idea the DR GMs watch for people getting milestone circles. Interesting!!

(My hubby just nuzzled me because he thought my excitement was cute. Hee.)

Another dorky tidbit: Jon and I bought Ace Attorney Investigations and are on the final case. This game is a lot of fun! Yay for Ace Attorney.

You are Expert Ranger Talliska Wildclaw of the Order of the White Rose, a Prydaen.

Expert Ranger is a circle 40 title. :3 It's a little bit sad, but this is my first character to reach 40th since I started on DR in 2001. I haven't gotten 200 in a single skill yet, but I'm headed for it! And my combats are around the 130s.

I'm already more than halfway to 41st except for the weapon req. :) But I'm going to slow down a bit with advancing Talli's circle to try to catch up in hiding and stalking ranks. I tried hunting in the other viper area (the thicket) and I'm good enough to survive there now, which is nice.

In other news Necromancer Guild was finally released in DR over the weekend. It's been in planning for at least 5 years. Crazy. Simutronics does deliver, it just comes "Simu soon." Just like last name mechanics!

And I should so take a nap. ._. Sleep pattern is still off, and I got ZERO RPoL done yesterday. Bad me. I'm just low on inspiration lately, I guess. :/

Vandal Hearts is apparently getting a PREQUEL on Xbox Live and Playstation Network. Wat! This is for real (here is the IGN article).

I was a HUGE fan of the original Vandal Hearts. The game itself was simple but it had great characters and a bleak plot, and one of my favorite ending songs ever (short, and sung in Czech). I am totally going to download VH: Flames of Judgment when it comes out.

Another thing I am realizing: My World, My Way is so my kind of RPG. Even if it IS super girly. Avalon Code is also my kind of game, for different reasons. I think I like the concept of the journal the most (it apparently lets you collect data from everything in the world and alter them with 'codes'. Mmm, customization.)

But I've seen neither of these in stores. I may order them... though I also want to order Ar tonelico 2 and possibly Odin Sphere. (Ar tonelico is my priority, I want to play through both of 'em!) I won't have money to throw at that immediately, though!
