Talli is circle 44 now. Flying through the ranks with my improved scripts (need to write a short bow one now!) In fact I've been scripting all day while beating my head over this horribly difficult post in Soul Collectors which I FINALLY finished. x.x I am seriously hating Exalted combat right now. I either need to be better organized, or White Wolf needs to stop having rules for similar concepts (i.e. mutations, undead, etc.) spread over TOO MANY different books.

On the other hand Selina said she might run a FFT game and let me play a viera in it. Sounds fun. We are both going to be busy with college entry stuff this Jan, though. Ugh, not looking forward to it, I've been procrastinating this time around because of how discouraged I felt last time I applied but couldn't go. I intend to send before Jan 15 though, one way or another. I just hope they won't need more of my transcripts. Gah.

We're gonna have fondue and booze now, so... woo! (AND I'm going to try and sneak a couple more posts in before then. I wanted to do them before but that Soul Collectors post just KILLED all my time.)

I'm entirely too lazy with web-content lately. :( I've nearly stopped having the urge to even mess with it. Though I'll have to do something when Drupal 7 comes out though. I may even reset the site at that point, mostly because I no longer like the way my tags are arranged... I need to redo that, AGAIN and it would be way easier to do if I just restarted.

Though I could possibly also just go through the tags and try to consolidate them. Arrrgh, laziness.

On the other hand, I am possibly setting up a DokuWiki for my RPoL games. But that's easy stuff, mostly pasted content from the forums. Still doesn't solve my problems with running Dynastic Moon, and the hours upon hours I take to write my RPoL posts lately. :/

Whoa birthdays. Eni's was yesterday but I was out all day. And today's is Selina's and Lumi's. I'm sending birthday wishes all over the place.

Still feel rather sad I'm not sending gifts because I like being generous, but right now being generous may not be a good idea. Still no financial aid yet and Jon is just starting a new job at the end of this month.

On the other hand I DID spend *some* money as I had some left over... namely, to get Dark Spire. FINALLY. XD And Jon bought some music CDs which I will talk about later.

Dark Spire is just... totally awesome so far. Mmmmm challenging dungeon crawlers. The premise is very simple (go to the top of the tower, kill the bad sorcerer, get back the treasure--it's very Nethack-ish actually), and the gameplay seems deceptively simple as well. But this game totally does NOT handhold you through much at all. Even the tutorial had this attitude of "just DO IT already, stop asking questions!" which amused me to no end.

And just when my mood was looking up. :/

Right now my finger hurts for typing so I might not be able to do much online for at least a couple days. I was getting pissed off about something and hit my nail so hard it bent backward and now it hurts when I press the fingertip on stuff.

Also I got the thought of quitting Outcastes because I am sick of that one player still trying to work out more freaking advantages for himself when I'm trying to set up this scenario to teach him a lesson. He pissed off a storm mother in a seafaring game, and the only way I could work it out believably without ruining things for everyone else was to force the guy into a duel with her. Then he starts asking for even more ways to cheat around the rules she put down for the duel. :/ I allowed the first one but the others are a no-go!

I'm going to be in a Scion game on RPoL. Yay! Though I missed out on getting to play a Norse scion. So I couldn't use my old character idea!

On the other hand Jon and I downloaded the Scion companion pdfs, and I'm now making a chara from the Irish pantheon (a scion of Brigid to be exact). I'm happy with my choice! But right now I'm stuck on how I only have 5 birthright points. Aieee. Well, we're supposed to go from Hero to Demigod to God in this game, so that'll change, but still!

I need at least 3 dots of Relic just so I can get Fire, Health and Water purviews. But I'm so tempted by getting a leanan sidhe Guide (3 dots!) Admittedly, it's mostly because I really like sidhe, and especially leanan sidhe. ^^; But it may not be worth it anyways, since Guide depends a lot on the ST actually making use of it.

Right now I'm screwed up with sleep again, ever since a couple days ago when I stayed up talking to Selina till 10 am. Eek. I have been discussing yet another game idea with her. It's a Realm game, and she even wants to try Exalted 2e, which is cool because I'm getting pretty experienced with it.
