For 3 or 4 years now I've been playing Phantasy Star Universe every Friday and Saturday night (or most nights, anyway) with Clark, Jim and my hubby. Sometimes my sis joined in too. It was something we could look forward to doing every weekend... a constant in life.

By the end of 2009 I'd gotten my main character, Reina Hidalgo, very close to the level cap (160, or is it higher now, not sure). I maxed her levels in 6 classes: Fighgunner (still my favorite ever), Guntecher (my 2nd favorite, yay for bows!), Fortegunner, Fortefighter, Protranser (EX traps rule) and Acrofighter. I'm very close to maxing Gunmaster and was determined to start on Fighmaster next, the melee weapon equivalent to the Gunmaster class, more or less. (Spear is one of their favored weapons... I love spears!)

But now it's all going to be gone at the end of March. :( We knew this would happen, the PC/PS2 servers have such loooowww activity compared to Xbox servers. But it's sad to see. All those hours of play (over 1000), yet even if I did get an Xbox I wouldn't be able to transfer all those levels over.

Actually, I was (nearly) caught a couple times for April Fools.

But I mostly just spent my time away from anyone and anywhere I'd be fooled.

The IGN Zelda trailer got me for a few seconds. :P

The other one is on PSUPedia, they actually had a post there claiming two things: that the JP and US/EU servers would be merged (yeah right) and that there'd be a Guardians arena mission called "Guardians Rivalry" (neet idea, but I didn't buy it, since I never heard of it happening on JP servers).

So... I guess my April Fools was pretty boring! :D (and thanks for the heads up on the new Hero's Journey info.)

First of all, I'm drinking. :D Woo! Alchy! It's red wine though, not mixed drinks. I like mixed drinks but we have nothing to mix! So I'm having red wine. Earlier I drank it too fast and was all flushed and bloodshot eyes and everything. ^^;;; Damned Asian alcohol tolerance!

We were just talking to my sis on Skype, too. That was a lot of fun. Sis and I don't talk all that much nowadays, so when we do we always have a lot to say. We talked a lot yesterday night, too, along with Clark (though not a lot with him, since he's working on a project right now). This time, though, sis and I did video chat too, and she even did a tarot reading for me.

Soooo! I am in a Sims 2 mood lately. Going to get as much play as I can in before tomorrow, because tomorrow is going to stress me out. Sigh. -_-

But before that, I've been messing with SimPE, the Sims 2 Package Editor. Basically, I need to hack the neighborhood a bit :D I do that mostly when trying to ease creating positive relationships between Sims. Unless you're in a University lot, it's hard to get two Sims to meet if you created them in different households. Usually it's the calling game... Sim calls another Sim who calls another... and so on until a link is found between the two Sims that I want to meet, and THEN I can arrange them to both be invited at the same household and introduced. When your game has 700+ characters (admittedly, right now that includes the townies, but MY chars alone account for 400+ of those) it can be difficult... though my Popularity characters tend to be the best ones to "route" through.
