Well, RP cleanup is done for now. Yeah. I've got s'more time to myself I guess. I probably could have handled it a LOT better, but what's done is done. (I just feel bad because it's my fault for inconveniencing everyone, again.)

Yesterday (Weds) I spent a very LONG part of the day trying to help Jon get Alexsei through his resurrection quest in DR, along with a couple of friends (Halcier and Terra).

Let me just say, this quest could not have failed harder than it did last night. :O First, Halcier ended up dying. We WERE going to get Alexsei to just finish the quest and resurrect him, but he lost a critical item needed to finish it (not his fault, I think he just had the item on him a little too long, and it auto-destructed). So Terra and I tried to get help, but then the HELP died -- and when I and another friend went to help them, WE died.

Well, looks like the spam abuse notice was a case of mistaken identity. Or something like that.

First of all, I wasn't actually being accused of sending spam through my domain. It was actually "spamvertisement" as they worded it to me: someone from another mailserver was using spam to advertise a site supposedly on my webserver. Except... the site wasn't there in the first place. It never was there. I never, ever had the IP or domain in question hosted on my VPS.

So I have no idea how I got mistaken for this. It's still making me rather confused and paranoid. I mean, what if it happens again? I'd really rather it NOT, I actually risked losing my account this way. HostForWeb considers the case closed, and it only took a day to really deal with, but...

I admit it. Most of my day (besides getting food and sleeping a lot) was playing DR. Got Talliska to 25th circle. Amazingly enough, it only took me a day. But that's a lot of hours or play.

Got her Hands of Lirisa so now she can start arranging corpses before skinning. Also raised stamina to 20 (last level I raised her agility to 22). While going to Riverhaven to spend TDPs, I found out from some people on the ferry that there was some sort of event involving Prince Vorclaf announcing some new laws and military changes in Zoluren.

I've been pretty out of it with the DR events, so I went and looked into it. Brought Atma to snoop around in Ulf'hara Keep, where Vorclaf has his audiences, but it'd already ended by then. I did manage to overhear some conversations between members of the Zoluren Militia, though, and pieced together more or less what was going on from that as well as web sources.
