Just had to post it now that it's (mostly) done... This is the artifact I've been working on for Clarissa. I just need approval now. So it may still need some tweaking.

Yesterday I actually got some exercise, woo. DDR is a really good workout and I'm better at it today than I was a few months ago (not perfect by far, but definitely better). Still haven't been out of the apartment in over a week though. I just feel too apprehensive. :/

Later today at 1pm is the immigration meeting. I hope it goes well. Jon actually has a letter written up to present that cites laws that ought to let me stay in Canada despite the state of my visa. Looking at the laws as written, they look pretty solid for my case. On the other hand, they were gotten online and I don't know... maybe they changed the law again? Or maybe my marriage isn't actually legal even though I thought it was? Honestly... you'd think that with a marriage certificate I couldn't even get into this situation in the first place. So I don't know. *sighs*

I didn't end up running Emberdays this Monday. ;.; I just wasn't inspired enough. So it won't run again until August 13. :( I get all paranoid delaying my game because I think no one will be interested in it later. Also, I feel bad because that means Selina waits even longer to play... though that doesn't even change the fact that I don't know what her schedule will be yet, the time conflict with Kraken and so on and so forth. *sigh*

This kinda makes me think of how I want Clarissa to look. Except she'd wear her hair up more, and I think the dress style is wrong. Oh, and the eyecolor's wrong too, obviously.

On the other hand, the proportions are right and the hair color, too. And the pic is drawn amidst gravestones and statues and things. All Endings-y. Even the expression I kinda like, this sorta half angry half determined thing. I guess I just like angry chars? :P

Though I didn't actually think it was that bad until no one really had anything good to say about it. I mean. It's okay. But... it's... okay? As little fluff I put on it, I actually put thought into the mechanics and how the charms interacted. Maybe NOT so much thought on how it could interact with Melee charms though. Basically with Melee charms it would just save you some on dice adders. :P And add some other effects... more speed, piercing strikes... the pinnacle is unparriable. :P

I liked that Selina at least asked things about mechanics because that gives me something to work with. =_= I can be sensitive to criticism because I'm really shy about things I work on, but I still listen and consider people's opinions. In the end though, people have differing ideas of what makes a good MA, I guess.
