Worked on this yesterday... uh... today. I have to be up for a hair appointment and it's freaking 9 am... no wait. 10 am. *siiiiiiighs at self* Why do I do this to myself? But I had to get the sheet done.

Here she is: Cecily aka Cecil Ursebrand, a young woman pretending to be a male knight. She comes from a patriarchal, rather misogynist country, in fact. Though her father actually treated her well. He was a knight, but died tragically, and her mother blamed her for it ever since.

Cecily's response was to run away and follow in her father's footsteps. Except, in Auria (her country) you can't be a knight unless you're male. :P

Okay, so I tried restarting Sims 2 and it just wouldn't start. At all. Jon went and looked for a solution for me 'cause I was busy fuuuming. D: Turns out that I needed to delete my groups.cache and accessories.cache from C:\My Documents\EA Games\Sims 2 (or the Vista equivelant which is more like C:\Users\[myusername]\Documents\EA Games\Sims 2).

I guess either Freetime itself, or the patch, ends up writing garbage into those caches, so I had to delete them to force the game to remake 'em. (Of course, I backed them up first, and you should too if you want to try this).

Other stuff... (mostly RPish)

Well, no luck on not sucking at Emberdays. On the other hand, Jon and Grey made a really great end to their scene together on their own. That was nice to see, even if I couldn't contribute to it.

I have some idea why I'm stuck on the party posts right now, so I think I can figure something out by Friday. But that's on top of also needing to plan for Soul Collectors, maybe finish up Iria Sorne's sheet (though I don't think I'll NEED to for the first session) and...

Oh, yes. I decided on who I'll apply at for theworldrp, it's Juri Arisugawa from Revolutionary Girl Utena. When I mentioned it, at least 3 people gave me some form of "YAY!" so I guess that partly inspired the choice. I've been poking at some sites to jog my memory on her characterization, now.

I hate leaving one of my depressing posts at the top of the page for too long, so it's time to post before bed. :P

Well, today is Friday, woo Friday! Here's some more things I want to do.
- Poke at starting Soul Collectors page? :O Maybe...
- Some more tweaking of Ruin Dancer Style, though I'm kind of lost as to how much more I can tweak without actually testing it.
- Possibly go n' get copies of Ex2: Dragon-blooded and Ex2: Sidereals, 'cause I hate reading rules stuff on PDFs.
- Possibly run Milena/Diamel ED scene! YAY Diamel. You know what, I realized totally belatedly that I based Diamel's looks on Klavier Gavin from Ace Attorney 4. WTF! Totally didn't notice until now!
- PSU~! It's PSU night, yay. I hope there'll be people who want to play, anyway.
- Read some more of that RP book Fiat sent me. Artesia: Adventures in the Known World. I don't know much to say about it yet except "whoa, history." There's a LOT of history, and names related to said history, in the first part of the book. @.@
