RP RP RP :O My whole day yesterday was RP, which means I sat at home preoccupied by text on the computer screen most of the time. And it was GOOD (read: non-stressful) RP, so that's even better.

I didn't have any irrational bursts of emotion today and I'm glad for that. Maybe talking the night before helped, or maybe I just didn't have any stressors strong enough to trigger it. I hope that I can keep it away for as long as I can, because I hate feeling so out of control of my emotions.

I seem to officially have a new Emberdays player now! :O Fancy that! I'm not sure when I'll intro her, but I'll probably give myself a couple weeks to prepare, so it won't actually be until the end of February. (Lumi! I'll give you the exact day later.)

On the other hand, Raccoon told me that it's best he leaves the games he's in, so I have to let both Mazin (in Emberdays) and Gawain (in B&B) go. I agree it's for the best, but somehow it makes me sad. I'd written up the whole next part with Mazin and Mae and now I won't use it. Likely the Legion will send him away suddenly and that's pretty much that. :/

Lumi's character will be interesting though. Like Elyssa he'll be someone with some inside knowledge that he has to hide. But what he knows will probably be different than what Elyssa knows. Oddly, they are both known by and involved in an overlapping group of organizations. But they may very well end up working on opposite sides. Who knows!

Playing Elyssa makes me sad sometimes because I like the char so much but I think she's going to end up getting screwed over in multiple ways by the end -- romantically as well. At least she can easily appear nonchalant, so it won't seem to matter on the outside, anyway. As for the OTHER reasons for her getting screwed over I can't talk about those. And it may not even happen that way. *shrugs*

Wardragon40K ran again yesterday, but I didn't really type anything in it, since Archana's turn came so late that she lagged behind *everybody*. I'm not even sure what she WILL do in the turn, but hopefully I'll figure something out by next week. Watching was fun though, what with Sky and Saphira pulling cool moves, and Seventeen being a sexy traffic cop (hee hee) and stuff.

And in Westward, we got to watch Star Chaser's intro! Star Chaser is a chara of Darkheart's friend Tiffa. (Or Mazinja.) She's this cute, clumsy inventor genius of a girl with volatile luck. I really think she seems like a fun char... enough that I wish that she won't get corrupted sexually. ;.; Seems really out of character for what I've seen of her so far, like doing so would be more of a convenience to please the players.

That's just me though. I'm not as interested in the sort of sexual RP that looks like it'll be prevalant in W! It's not even the explicitness, more like the... reasons for it, I guess. I might end up implying that naughtiness happened between Nahia and Amrith, but I like to think their attraction stemmed out of a mutual respect for one another. Not just raw lust or shallow innuendo. Nahia, in particular, finds it a real turn-off when females consent to being fuckdolls (crude way to put it, but direct :P) for the (usually male) chars that enjoy them.

I hate that thinking this way makes me seem like a prude. :x Why SHOULD it? I have a healthy sex life -- in fact, I have a RL sex life. It's probably one of the few parts of my life that ARE healthy. x.x Guess I just feel self-conscious because I can't help but apply some of my RL morals to my RP.

Anyways, I love playing Nahia WAY TOO MUCH to let any of this bother me. At least not enough that I'd leave. No way, Nahia's too fun! :O

Mmmmm, and now I need to get some sleep. Bah, my hours are all fucked up again! But I really wanted to finish this bit of Emberdays, so I stayed up ALL the way until Jon and I finished it off. But we haven't eaten yet, so now Jon's making breakfast so we can eat and THEN sleep so we wake up and... play more Emberdays! I'm trying to write some bits ahead of time right now, but I'm losing steam, so I'll have to hope I'm inspired when I wake up again and run for Jon and Kraken.

Just for the record, Emberdays is going to keep running on Mondays until Lumi's char is officially introduced -- after which it will move to Thursdays 3-7pm EST. There is a possibility of Selina joining too, but I've no idea when the game could run then, and she's not sure what to play. So for now that's all just speculation!
