Empath Ryshassa

This particular picture of Ryshassa is of her DragonRealms incarnation, which is why the unusual hairline. Elothean hairlines are just higher up than humans' are, and they are generally taller and more willowy than humans, too.

This piece was a commission I paid for back in 2004 by the talented Janet Chui. When I gave her Ryshy's description, she was particularly inspired by the iridescent wings tattoo Ryshy had on her back -- one she got on her first great trip to Hara'jaal with her ex-husband Legian. And because Ryshassa had a generally Asian appearance and style, she went for imagery and symbolism inspired by Chinese art.
